Marília foi a quarta psiquiatra que vi em quatro meses, e a primeira a me acolher. As recepcionistas também são muito atenciosas. Tudo foi feito por WhatsApp, e elas sempre solícitas e amigáveis.

Ashford One hospital On first visit I was like blown away by how clean the place seemed to be and the fact that I could park right outside the front door which was a first for me while visiting a hospital but it was a simple visit to the doctor. Everyone was very nice and polite. The second visit wasn't as memorable. Again everyone was nice, everything started good until I got to the MRI Scan room. At first I didn't realise because I was laying on my back but when I had to lay on my tummy I got a surprise that I really didn't enjoy and didn't like the fact that I had to ask for something that I believe should be done automatically even before I enter the room. They made me put my head on a unprotected pillow and when I ask what was the deal about that the reply was a bit careless even if she did comply and put a piece of paper on it after I asked for something for my face as there was no way that I was going to put my face on a unprotected pillow used by hundreds of other people before me. After Covid, I thought that was a normal and automatic thing to do. Once I got the covering paper on the pillow I finally laying on my belly and we started the second phase of the MRI and I got shocked for the second time in the same room as I am now laying down on my tummy I got to see the machine I was laying down on and it was filthy I mean it really is not difficult to wipe a machine out for each client's that is going to be laying on one of your machines, is it? It was covered with what looked like pubic hair or hair of sort. That was a simple no no for me. Totally put me off this place. Really worried me. It's a real shame because the first visit was a real good experience which got totally ruined by probably one person that clearly doesn't care about the health of the clients using this hospital.

I experience the very best of care and time with my doctor at medical prime. She is extremely patient and explains all aspects of the treatment and care.

Had to explain a couple of times that I had insurance even though I had filled in the necessary form.
