I had a HoLEP operation performed by Mr Nair on the 8 May. From diagnostic tests through to the procedure itself, he has been extremely pleasant and professional. Very friendly, explained the process of Prostatectomy in a professional manner. Mr Cahill managed to dampen my fear and apprehension about the surgery and assured me that he will do his utmost during the procedure to protect the nerves and lessen the post operation side effects on passing ruin and the sexual life. Thank you Dr Persad. After several serious water infections I was put onto a catheter with an anticipated 18 week waiting list. I was very concerned about the long term effect this would have on regaining normal bladder functions . As a result I decided to pay privately and was referred to Dr Persad. A Rezum operation was discussed, but after Mr Persad did a more detailed examination he suggested a Bladder Neck Incision operation. This has completely transformed my future prospects. I now have a better flow than for many years and am able to empty my bladder well. Thank you Dr Persad for diagnosing and performing the best procedure. I am catheter free which is enabling me to enjoy a healthy and active future
