Excellent in every respect. Only visited for a short outpatient appointment.

A warm immediate welcome when I arrived and when it was time for my appointment. All the staff were clear with the information they provided and made me feel at ease.

The clinic was friendly and clean, and offered an efficient service.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

I have seen Marta de Oliveira for pelvic floor Physiotherapy for a couple of times and I can say that was super helpful all I have learned with her. I am now pregnant and not having to deal with the issue I had in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone that has pelvic floor issues. She is extremely professional and friendly.
