Dr John O’Dwyer made me feel very comfortable throughout my appointment. He remained very professional but we enjoyed sharing a few jokes a long side my examination. He has referred me to have an MRI which worried me but he reassured me this was to cover all possibilities and hopefully find the cause of my dystonia.

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Dr Anderson was very kind and compassionate throughout my appointment, she explained everything to me in detail and accommodated me at short notice in to her busy clinic. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I could not rate Prof. Silber highly enough. He treated me with care and compassion when I was urgently admitted to hospital with a serious nerological condition. He ensured I had appropriate rehabilitation, understood my prognosis and continued to monitor my progress outside hospital. Dr Theochari took the time to explain to me the symptoms I had following an injury to the head. She reassured me without patronising and took my complaints seriously. This should be expected from every doctor, but having suffered from chronic pain for two decades I know that it's seldom the case. She discussed my options for treatment, explaining pros and cons of each of the options. I'm very grateful for a colleague's recommendation to see her following my injury and symptoms.
