This is an excellent hospital. All the staff are both friendly and highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble.

Very efficient and friendly service

Easy to book, good follow up on the day of appointment. The parking was accessible and location was easy to find. There was a range of appointments available so I did not have to wait longer than a week. Fees were more reasonable than I thought they would be for private health care.

First time visiting this hospital, it was quiet, everyone was friendly, there was always someone to ask and clear where I needed to go. Clean, comfortable waiting room and not a long wait time, felt very well run.

I attend The Duchy far too often and find them friendly and efficient. Sometimes hard to get appointments but that is a problem everywhere.

My experience was very good all the doctors and staff was so nice very friendly would highly recommend the Highfield hospital
