This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Very good care

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

i arrived early due to problems on the british rail, on arrival i was told they would try to get me in early. while i was waiting i was offered refreshments.

Great service and care, they are efficient and helpful and quick to move me through the process to get my symptoms tested and fixed.
