Absolutely amazing from bed side manner to him having understanding I was very nervous when having treatment Nikhil spoke to me reassured me explained every step of the way about what he was doing next. Nikhil has given me my life back, he listened to my concerns, before him I felt this was my life struggling to walk, falling on so many consultants deaf ears. Due to Nikhils expertese & precise professional knowledge I couldn't wish for more, yes this is ongoing but at least in-between treatments I can actually walk with little pain I have full confidence & trust in Nikhil. I decided to see Mr Spink with my back problem after been told some 6 months prior that there was nothing that could be done apart from keeping my weight down. The pain was getting worse by the day and I had started to become incontenant, after explaining my symptoms and an examination he told me to pack a bag and go straight Hull Royal Imfirmary for emergency surgery. I cannot thank him enough it's early days yet it looks like my bladder and bowels have been saved he said I have cauda Equina Syndrome if left untreated the outlook is grim.
