I can't thank Kathryn enough for her exceptional motivation and discipline throughout my recovery from Guillain–Barré syndrome (GBS) where she provided a variety of different exercise sets, keeping it challenging and fun for more than a year. When I started, I barely had the balance to walk let alone walk fast or carry anything. We worked on a mix of balance exercises and rebuild every body muscle in my legs, arms, core, back and shoulders.
