Dr Annique was brilliant. She let me get out what I wanted to say and promopted me to think about what I was feeling in relation to what I was saying. I found her to be extremely personable and easy to talk to. She also guided my recovery by suggesting breathing techniques and mindfulness practices, all of which I will continue to practice. Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. Dr. Vieira has made such a different to our lives. We couldn’t be happier.

Dr Emily Hale has been fantastic in helping me to improve my mental health and sense of self through psychotherapy. The environment she creates is one free from judgement which allows me to be myself and express any issues that are bothering me. She is superb!
