Dr Bhan has been my consultant since my diagnosis. I have always left a consult fully understanding my condition, procedures required, medications and the road ahead. I have dealt with many doctors and consultants and have felt unseen and unheard, I never felt this way with doctor Bhan.

He was very specific in explaining the procedure in a simple way that I could understand. And made every like its very simple and easy which was good to hear and reassured a lot. He was patient with me asking alot of questions. And he gave me confidence when he was talking about the surgery. He also explained the healing process which very good to hear. I felt at ease y how he makes every thing g simple.

Dr Zemark is a kind and compassionate Doctor with a patient-centred approach. I always feel that he has my best interests at heart and always takes his time to explain and reassure when needed and very willing to answer questions and concerns.
