I contacted Ali whilst abroad having dislocated my radius and ruptured ligaments at the elbow. He was able to give me good advice about what I needed to ask for locally, and arranged for an MRI immediately upon my return. He was reassuring throughout the recovery period that the ligaments would rejoin, and realistic about the time that this would take. He reviewed it a couple of times to adapt the brace and ensure that the progress was as expected, and has been happy to spend time in explaining the medical side of the injury and how the recovery would work. Thankfully, everything mended as Ali predicted. Unusually for a consultant, but not for him, Ali has been approachable throughout on Whatsapp and has updated me on the status of the scans as he has had the results rather than waiting for an appointment. I am happy to recommend Ali as a consultant in a similar situation - very competent, communicative, approachable and friendly - a refreshingly different experience from the norm. Thanks Ali.

The whole experience from consultancy to operation was seamless and well informed. The operation was a total success and I was able to do most things after a week. Three weeks after the operation I was away on a golfing break. Mr Crook was attentive and considerate at all times. I would strongly recommend Mr Crook.

Mr Gozzard was very pleasant and thorough in his examination and explanations as to my options with regards to my right hand index finger. A replacement joint has been agreed on. I look forward to my agreed date for surgery.

I went to Taylor with a painful elbow and the sessions were really helpful, she explained what she was doing and took time to show me how to do exercises at home and practiced them in the session. My painful elbow has now gone and know who to go to if I have any other pains
