Excellent service

The waiting area was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was a lot of available parking space and parking was free. It was a pleasant experience to be there.

Welcoming and clean enviroment. everthing explained well. The taxi did not arrive but that was accella care not OSD that ordered that. It would have been useful to know at the begining that I could not drive away from the appointment. Also that theclinic was in Hemel Hempstead or Solihul

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.
