I was amazed at what a relief it was to hear genuine compassion from someone at my first appointment - while NHS treatment had been professional, it hadn't at any point been empathetic. I also had a very clear understanding of what the next steps were and the timelines involved, and at follow-up appointments I just had such a strong sense that he was fighting my corner. I would say my biggest challenge since the heart attack has been mentally reconciling with it, and my mood/attitude in respect to the rest of my life - and Dr Sen has been instrumental in dealing with that, to the extent that I am excited about the future now!

Dr Sharma was absolutely amazing! He listened to my concerns and ensured that all the necessary tests were done for me on the day of my visit. He explained all my results to me thoroughly and allayed any concerns I had.

Calm and reassuring. Explained things well and got things (follow-up tests, medication, etc) moving straight away. Easy to talk to and was available to answer follow-up queries by e-mail.
