When I started my journey with my very difficult life. I was put in contact with Dr Rostamipour for an assessment for ADHD. I was actually diagnosed with ADHD and slight autism. Thereafter I was very carefully and compassionately guided into a health care plan that has literally changed and saved my life. I feel after seeing Dr Rostamipour My life has begun. I am in regular contact with Dr Rostamipour. I have regular updates about how I’m feeling and coping with my life and my medication. Dr Helen Mitakidis was just amazing, she really looked after me during my visit, she gave me plenty of time and I felt really listened to and cared for. She even called me a couple of days after to check I was ok, so lovely.

I have seen several therapists and Monika was by far the best that I have seen. She makes you feel so safe and supported on your therapy journey and I cannot recommend her enough. Throughout our time working together I was able to uncover and process a lot of deep feelings and trauma I did not know was even there. I have had other types of therapy in the past, but it was working with Monika and doing brainspotting that has helped me to finally heal on a deeper level.
