I recently saw Mr. El Gamal for a second opinion regarding a persistent foot problem, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked into his office, I felt at ease. I was able to get my first appointment quickly with Mr Budair. At each appointment Mr Budair took the time to listen to me and explain what could be achieved through different treatment options as well as the risks. I knew from our conversations that I was opting to take a risk however Mr Budair allowed me to make my own choice based on the facts provided. I am so glad I did!! The surgery and follow-up from Mr Budair has been excellent and I am now significantly better and continuing to improve.

What can I say but a big big thank you and a hug for saving my leg and correcting my leg I am so humbled and grateful. With you calm and relaxed attitude you make me feel assured and kept me motivated. Your consistent smile, direct answers to my questions kept me in a pristine frame of mind. You are the best. Col. Parker took time to understand my issue and talk through the options as well as recommend remedies to use at home. I was in considerable pain from Plantar Fasciitis and following steroid injections I am now back on my feet and hiking with the dogs again. I couldn’t recommend Col. Parker highly enough.

The experience was excellent in every respect. I did think I/we had made a decision to proceed with a hip replacement, instead of other measures described, but now that I have read the Professor`s post-consultation letter, I am not sure a replacement is agreed. For the avoidance of doubt, I DO want to have a hip rplacement, please.
