Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Mr Broadhurst, took the time to explain everything clearly and what to expect. He made sure I understood and was happy every step along the way. Great Consultant highly recommend him.
