Was a good experience however the snack foods/ breakfast after colonoscopy was all heavy on gluten and dairy so doesn’t seem to take into account any food intolerances.

All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Mr Berber is a very approachable surgeon, and he explained the details of a carpal tunnel release surgery very clearly. The members of his surgical team were equally friendly and I felt at ease and confident in their hands. The preparation and surgery were carried out with a similar sense of unhurried precision. On the video consultation I found Dr zkrell quite brusqueand dismissive.

I received excellent medical advice and care throughout. The hospital is very well run, the nursing staff excellent and the operation went very smoothly

The staff were super friendly, especially the receptionists and the nurses. There was construction going on every time we were visiting, which was a little noisy.
