A nice clean peaceful establishment

I went at a busy time. Although there were several people waiting at the reception, the receptionist tried their best to help everyone quickly.

I was very well looked after as a day patient and the staff were very caring and efficient

The London clinic has impeccable standards of cleanliness l, the staff were so efficient and kind and friendly and the food was healthy and delicious. I feel blessed to have had my surgery there.

Very straightforward

My mum really enjoyed meeting Dr Tom Maclaren. He was very friendly and patient and was able to put her at ease. The memory assessment was thorough and the report was extremely comprehensive and helpful. The prescribed medication is also making a difference. We had to chase on the initial appointment and report so these aspects could be improved. However, we would have no hesitation recommending the clinic.
