I had an online consultation with Emily Reilly. She was extremely friendly and warm and made my first appointment very pleasant.

I was very well looked after at Spire London East Hospital. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make me feel safe and cared for. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff attended to all my needs immediately and everyone was warm and kind.

The culture promotes confidence and a sense of security. The corporate objective of “putting patients first” has real meaning for clinicians and other staff.

I was greeted and seen on time by Habayeb. I was a bit nervous but Habayeb put my mind at ease and explained in detail exactly what she was doing and explained what to expect during my appointment. She had a very calm and caring manner and it was a very pleasant experience - thank you Habayeb.

Very good attitude by all staff I was in contact with. Mr Blackburn was clear in explaining what was being done and most sensitive.

The staff were welcoming, checked I was content with everything. Kept me up to date on what was happening. I was worried about the procedure (I was anxious due to my previous stroke) but they then spent time helping me relax and advised me on the help I could get to reduce my anxiety.
