I was absolutely delighted with my session with Dr Adam Friedmann. At 53, my facial skin has noticeable dark spots and patches from the sun and age. Dr Friedmann took the time to patiently examine these and to explain the possible causes and the options to reduce or eliminate the dark spots. He clearly told me one of the treatments is not likely to work on some of the spots and suggested a topical cream. He then treated some spots with cryotherapy, with a follow up review in 4 weeks. As Dr Friedmann has warned me, there was a slight stinging sensation on the treated skin which lasted only 3 or so hours. I am particularly impressed with Dr Friedmann's honest assessment, recommending the correct and best treatment for me. The clinic is in a great accessible location and the staff there is very friendly and helpful. This clinic is highly recommended if you are looking for a professional and friendly service.

I was in general very happy but because I have problem to contact clinic plus nobody email me back am not 100% happy after a week my appointment and blood test still don’t know results and nothing which is not right. Don’t think that’s how should look like after private care. Kind regards

Literally one of the best medical consultations I have had in a while! The initial purpose of the appointment was mole checking which he thoroughly did even proceeding to minor treatment within the first consultation as well as a step by step future plan. Apart from the initial reason of the appointment though, he went through my daily skincare routine providing advice and guidance above and beyond the protection of moles/ skin health. All with a smile!

Dr Waseem was extremely thorough, kind, calm & professional. He explained things clearly & answered questions very honestly. He is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Dr. Sweta Rai was extremely unprofessional. She was more than 15minutes late, then rushed my appointment. She didn’t take the time to explain anything, used opaque terminology, threw in a possible cancer diagnosis and then unceremoniously escorted me out of the consultation room and told me to book a follow up appointment to discuss anything else. I will not be returning.
