Experience onsite was very good.

All the staff at the Saxon clinic were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The service was great and I was very comfortable throughout my stay. I would say as a negative, that the room I stayed in seemed very “tired”, it was in need of a redecoration. Apart from that, everything was fine.

I had 2 absolutely wonderful nurses who weee incredibly considerate of my fragile state and aversion to noise. Sadly, however there was a Head Nurse on the ward who loved the sound of her own voice and her own opinions far more then she cared for her patients. This was a bit of a blight on my otherwise very good experience as a day patient at the hospital. She simply could not be quiet, and it got extremely tedious when she started grumbling about work and other colleagues- very unprofessional I can't in why she was the nurse in charge AT ALL. She never heeded any requests to lower her voice at the very least. A shame. Otherwise great hospital from front of house to facilities to cleanliness etc

Very pleasant people to deal with for admin. Mr Patel is an excellent specialist with a delightful and supportive manner.

Each department was an island of excellence

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

Excellent service. Very helpful and I felt safe. Actual treatment centre was a bit tricky to find but an excellent staff.

How hospitals should be!

Had Surgery here 4 years ago, had excellent care from all the Staff and was completely looked after from the moment I arrived until I left 4 days later, I have continued to use Outpatient department on a regular basis & cannot fault care that I receive.

The process was quick and smooth.
