Very calming presence and clear explanations

Mr Sood was extremely understanding of my concerns regarding a knee replacement, being the 2nd knee (the 1st knee wasn't a total success, by a different surgeon) and the whole procedure went much better than I expected. 8 weeks post op, and I'm hardly aware I had the procedure, the knee mobility is fine and is virtually pain free 😊.

I had my operation in May on my Knee after suffering a lot of pain. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of Mr Bhattee. The surgery went smoothly not a pleasant experience but Mr Bhattee was so thorough, kind, gentle and totally professional in every way, it made a bad situation bearable. Mr Murphy was great at explaining the problem, putting my mind at ease, and discussing what suitable next steps should follow. After treatment I have most of the mobility / movement back in my shoulder.
