I’m a retired medic and I can’t thank enough for the service I had and still have there. The nurses at the Oncology Ward treated me as a family member, the place kept clean, safe and welcoming. The team made me feel the patients do matter here. I recommended to my friends to have treatment at the Priory Hospital in the last 12 months.

The staff were very friendly and efficient but the 2 hour wait was very tedious.

Very quick and easy service

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful and pointed me in the right direction to where I was going. After being seated I was offered a coffee which was really nice

Beautiful facilities but to have to wait over an hour for a private appointment was extremely frustrating and made us miss our next appointment and subsequent train. We should have at least received a text to advise us that the wait was going to be so long and we could have made arrangements so as we didn't miss our other appointment.

HCA ancillary staff were excellent and friendly, putting me at ease. The one exception is that despite being fully covered by private medical insurance (incl pre-authorisation codes and competing multiple online forms and confirming details) the HCA administrative/ reception staff on arrival were overly focused on (and their primary priority is to) obtain credit card details and associated authorisation for extra procedures and tests which go beyond the scope of the referral and pre-authorisation in case suggested. The requested authorisation is open-ended and requested at a point when patients are vulnerable. The HCA admin staff were unable to explain why authorisation was required in my circumstances with full insurance coverage - all they could manage was a weak “it’s just our process”.

I have seen Marta de Oliveira for pelvic floor Physiotherapy for a couple of times and I can say that was super helpful all I have learned with her. I am now pregnant and not having to deal with the issue I had in the past. I highly recommend her to anyone that has pelvic floor issues. She is extremely professional and friendly.
