Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.

You know you are in good hands from the moment you first meet Mr Nanidis. I was extremely nervous about having DIEP surgery but he puts you at ease, explains the procedure very well and has an excellent bedside manner. He also checks on you often straight after the surgery and through the follow ups. Amazingly I didn't have to have drains and the quality and neatness of the surgery is exceptional. My experience as a patient with Mr Jonathan Dunne and his team was exceptional. He is professional, knowledgeable and has a highly consultative manner. He communicates clearly, with transparency and reassurance. Even though I saw Mr Dunne for a lip biopsy which was a worrying issue, I had a very positive experience. His approach made all the difference. His PA Shona is also incredibly professional, responsive and helpful, as were the nurses on the day. Highly recommend.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

I was treated with sensitivity and kindness and every step of the way was thoroughly explained. The consultations never felt rushed, and all questions answered at length. The nursing team working alongside Mr Harris were incredible and made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. For me it was very important to find a surgeon who was not only an expert in their field but also a patient led compassionate practitioner. I am so happy to have found Mr Harris he was exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the results of my surgery and grateful to Mr Harris for his excellent work.
