I found Thomas so easy to open to. I was so nervous going into my first session, he made me feel at ease straight away. The room is lovely with lots of natural light coming in. I went to therapy for a few different reasons. Relationship/family problems and more. Thomas helped me to look at things in a different light, he gave me the confidence and tools to feel stronger in myself.
Tom is an incredibly intuitive therapist and really listens. In my work there I always felt safe and not at all judged. The techniques he introduced to help me with my individual situation proved massively helpful. I’d very highly recommend Tom.
went to therapy to thomas for stress in college and relationship issues. He was very supportive and understanding
Thomas is a very insightful therapist, he helped me develop a lot of insight into my behaviour and anxiety. The therapy sessions were handled so gently and respectfully. Everything I have learned through this process is helping me to live more fulfilling life. Highly recommend Thomas.
I've been going through a difficult time with work related stress, social anxiety and low self worth. I shared a difficult recent experience with Tom connected to social anxiety and relating with others. He is a great listener with lots of empathy. I feel that he understands the pain thst these issues cause me. His contributions are insightful and he has helped me to draw connections between some of these issues and a difficult adolescence/early adulthood as I came out as a gay man. Understanding patterns of thought and dealing with anxiety in the moment are two key benefits I am gaining from my time with Tom. I have more to do in terms of understanding and trusting myself but I'm confident that I am making progress with Tom's help.
Tom patiently and compassionately guided me in unpacking some difficult experiences that happened in my life. He helped me process the emotions that I was harbouring because of these experiences. For me he has been an excellent, reliable, compassionate and professional counselor.
I came to therapy for a deeper understanding of myself as a deeply feeling person with sometimes volatile emotions. Tom's ability to attune to me as an individual and hold space and acceptance for these feelings was deeply transformative. I found my sessions with Tom to be safe, professional, non-judgemental and appropriately challenging. I would recommend Tom for his competency, therapeutic skills, and emotional intelligence. LS.
Tom is very professional and always feel our sessions are productive. I have been going to Tom for almost a year now.
Thomas is a fantastic therapist and has helped me reach the root of many issues i wasn't even fully aware off and guides you through to you own conclusions in a very seamless way. His style of therapy works perfectly for me and i cannot stress enough how much he has helped. Very knowledgeable, warm and compassionate.
I could not recommend Tom's services highly enough. He is insightful, non-judgemental, caring and empathetic. He has helped me to recognise the root of my issues and to face them with his support.
