Mr Thomas OConnor

Mr Thomas O'Connor is an Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with over 12 years of clinical experience. He holds a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, completed via PCI College, Dublin, in 2014. His practice supports adolescents, adults, families, groups, and communities, with a particular focus on addiction and its associated psychological and emotional impacts.

Mr O'Connor specialises in working with individuals facing addiction, suicidal ideation, panic, depression, avoidance behaviours, emotional abuse, bereavement, and post-traumatic stress disorder. His professional scope also includes anxiety disorders such as social phobia and panic attacks.

He offers a range of core services including intellectual assessments, counselling, mindfulness-based support, and psychotherapy.
