Ms Sarah Elson

Ms. Sarah Elson is a skilled psychotherapist. She adopts an integrative approach, working with clients to help them gain greater self-insight, enhance self-acceptance, improve relationships with others, and regain control over their lives. By providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment, Ms. Elson empowers her clients to work through personal challenges and achieve a deeper understanding of themselves.

Ms. Elson completed her BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy at ICHAS College, graduating in 2020. She is dedicated to offering compassionate care and support, utilising evidence-based methods to tailor her therapeutic approach to each individual’s needs.
