About Ms Catherine Finlay

Every visit to Catherine proved to be a positive experience. She exudes calm acceptance, compassion and understanding. The atmosphere she creates made it easy to open up and say exactly what I needed to say. I often came away and tried to figure what exactly it was that she said that managed to make me feel better, but it defied analysis. I just knew that I had shed a bit of a burden that was very, very heavy at that time in my life. I'm deeply grateful to her for that.
