Maeve Daly has dedicated over two decades to practising as a Reflexologist, Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist, and Craniosacral Therapist in private settings. Over time, she recognised the inseparable link between the mind and body, prompting her to pursue qualifications as a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in 2011.

In her therapeutic practice, Maeve addresses a wide array of issues including anxiety, depression, loss, grief, and self-harm. She deeply understands the courage it takes for individuals to seek help, acknowledging that therapy can be challenging and uncomfortable at times. Maeve is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can openly express themselves and feel supported throughout their journey.

Maeve integrates multiple therapeutic modalities to best meet the needs of her clients. She utilises EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), commonly known as tapping, to help release overwhelming emotions stored in the body. Additionally, she encourages clients to use artwork as a means of expressing emotions that may be difficult to articulate verbally. Guided imagery techniques assist in reconnecting with the body and reducing the impact of overwhelming thoughts. In her practice, Maeve employs Gestalt therapy to focus on the present moment, exploring how current experiences influence personal growth and self-awareness. She also incorporates mindfulness techniques, such as simple meditations, to help quiet the mind and enhance awareness of the present moment.

By offering a blend of therapeutic techniques, she supports clients in navigating their emotional landscapes, fostering healing, and gaining deeper insights into themselves. Her goal is to empower individuals to achieve greater resilience and well-being in their lives, guided by compassion and commitment to their mental health journey.
