Jasmine O’Keeffe is an accredited counsellor based in County Kildare, providing confidential, one-to-one therapy to clients across Kildare, Carlow, Kilkenny and Laois. She works using an integrative, trauma-informed approach tailored to each client’s needs, incorporating person-centred and humanistic methods as well as psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, solution-focused, psychoeducational, mindfulness-based and relapse prevention interventions.

Jasmine has worked in addiction services for many years gaining vast experience working with complex issues that present within addiction. 

Jasmine has worked therapeutically with children and young people for over 10 years through Tusla Child and Family Agency and residential support services. 

She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences, a BA (Honours) in Social Care from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and a Certificate in addiction studies and a specialist diploma in play therapy.
