Reynagh O’Brien

I honestly can’t recommend Reynagh enough. She has helped me work through difficult past experiences that I carried with me for many years and I had allowed them to hold me back in my adult life. Through our work together I have gained a better understanding of myself and have been able to make positive changes in my life. Reynagh has shown me coping strategies and breathing exercises that have become a valuable part of my everyday life. I feel more confident, more in control, and better equipped to deal with challenges when they arise. I am incredibly grateful for her support, patience and guidance over the past year. She has made a genuinely a positive difference in my life, and I would highly recommend her to anyone considering therapy.

Reynagh has helped me guiding my way through life, as complicated as it is. I've been with her for almost two years, and throughout the whole time, she's been nothing but patient with me and her gentle nature made it really easy for me to open up to her. Given that I've only had bad experiences with therapists and counsellors before, Reynagh was a breath of fresh air when it comes to someone actually willing to listen to my problems as jumbled up as it all was and how unorthodox my method is to solving/managing my issues, Reynagh was the guiding beacon to clear up so many fogs for me. I will truly miss her and I am grateful for my time spent with her.
