Reynagh O’Brien

Reynagh is a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist with a MA in Psychotherapy and a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is an accredited member of the Irish Association of Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (IAHIP). 

Reynagh believes that therapy can serve as a powerful tool for self-discovery, facilitating greater self-awareness and helping individuals navigate challenges in their lives. Her aim is to provide a safe, confidential and accepting space for clients to explore their concerns in a non-judgmental way. 

By working collaboratively and empathetically with her clients, Reynagh tailors the therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring the most effective form of therapy for their situation. 

With extensive experience working with adults, Reynagh has helped clients address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, shame, loss, grief, and relationship difficulties and life transitions. 

Additionally, as a qualified life and business coach, Reynagh supports clients who wish to explore career and professional challenges, navigate life stages or focus on personal development.
