I found Deirdre to be very compassionate and caring. Excellent techniques for coping mechanisms and excellent explanation of how the body and nervous system works in times of distress. She has such a lovely personality and found myself very comfortable in her company making it easy to open up to her. Would highly recommend Deirdre for anyone going through a difficult time in their lives.

Deirdre is an excellent therapist combining compassion, wisdom and listening with practical advice. The time spent with her has been very beneficial enabling an unblocking and therefore a greater ability to cope with normal life stresses. She is very understanding of what a young adult needs.

Deirdre is a friendly and welcoming presence who is open to trying new methods and styles with you, but also pays attention to what works best for you. She is great at making you feel heard and understood and challenges you in helpful ways that encourage you to look deeper and break out of your unhealthy thinking patterns.
