Ms Iryna Pilkevych

Iryna Pilkevych is an accredited psychotherapist with over 14 years of experience, specialising in helping individuals and couples overcome challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, and adapting to new environments. Using Gestalt therapy, Iryna creates a supportive and collaborative space for clients to connect with the present moment, uncover patterns, and address unresolved issues. Gestalt therapy focuses on how thoughts, emotions, and behaviours interact, helping clients gain deeper insight and fostering meaningful change in their lives.

With a Master's degree in Psychology, and diploma in Stress Prevention and Coping, Iryna further trained in Gestalt therapy, becoming accredited in 2013. She has specialised in crisis states, family therapy, and the Gestalt approach. Iryna's approach is eclectic and culturally sensitive, drawing on her extensive experience and knowledge to ensure each session caters to the unique needs of the client. She works with individuals, couples, and families in both face-to-face and online settings.

Iryna also has significant experience in trauma counselling and stress management, having worked with UN Women to support staff affected by conflict in Ukraine. As a supervisor and facilitator of therapeutic training, she continues to deepen her expertise while empowering clients to heal, grow, and achieve emotional resilience.
