I attended Deirdre over a period of 2 years, and have benefited greatly from her very compassionate, gentle, and highly professional theraputic practice. Deirdre helped me in becoming less self critical and to begin being gentler with myself. Each day for me now is indeed a new and brighter fresh pathway. I would highly recommend Deirdre as a first choice when seeking a therapist.

A lovely calm welcoming space

Fresh pathways is a great service. The building is easy to find, clean and airy. Privacy is looked after well too.

The office environment is comfortable and welcoming, and the location is easily accessible from public transport.
