Ms Aisling Mackey

Aisling Mackey is committed to creating a warm, welcoming, and secure therapeutic space where clients feel safe, heard, and fully supported. Her approach is collaborative and confidential, rooted in compassion, with the aim of helping individuals find clarity, balance, and a stronger sense of ease in their lives.

Aisling works with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, panic attacks, bereavement, and relationship challenges. Before becoming a therapist, she spent more than 20 years in the tech industry, giving her a deep and personal understanding of workplace pressures, burnout, and professional stress.

She believes that meaningful therapeutic change is built on the strength of the relationship between therapist and client. Aisling brings an empathetic, supportive, and non-judgmental presence to every session, meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them make real, lasting progress on the issues they are facing.

Based in Rathfarnham Village, Dublin 14, Aisling welcomes clients both locally and from further afield, offering sessions in person and online. She holds a Master’s degree in Integrative and Humanistic Psychotherapy (First Class Honours) and is a pre-accredited member of the IACP. Her integrative and humanistic training allows her to tailor therapy to each individual’s unique needs.
