Ms Frances Guerin

Frances Guerin is an experienced psychotherapist and a member of the IACP.  With a background in education, she holds a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, a Diploma in Trauma Informed Psychotherapy, and a Diploma in Developmental Trauma. She has trained in sexual violence and is currently doing a diploma in Neurodiversity.

Genuine curiosity, compassion and inclusivity are central to Frances' professional practice. She believes every person deserves to feel safe, seen and heard, and she offers unconditional compassion and empathy. Believing in the value of human connection and the power within people to change when provided with optimal conditions, Frances can see how small changes can open up new perspectives.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, person-centered and humanistic to create an emotionally and physically safe space to develop a meaningful relationship with each client. She hopes to be an ethical companion and attentive listener to help the client open up to the possibility of self-trust and belief in their capacity to live well.
