I would rate my recent visit five stars, all the staff were lovely and really helpful

Great service but very expensive therefore not feasible long term

Just to be able to cry and talk to someone you know you won't meet outside of the clinic is a great benefit cause sometimes that's what u need crying is good for healing Would you stop yourself laughing? NO So don't stop yourself crying

I must say that this was my first time making contact with any clinic and I am so pleased that I chose The Hazelton Clinic. So friendly and helpful in everything. Very professional and understanding in my situation. I am so glad that I chose the Hazelton Clinic going forward in my life and would definitely recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for the services provided by the Hazelton Clinic. An excellent Clinic.

The reason I scored 2 for my well being wasn't because the clinic wasn't good,it was the impact the information I got that impacted me myself. The clinic is a wonderful service giving people in my situation who has for most of my life come up against brick walls when trying to get assessments as an adult so so difficult........ Dr J is a lovely professional person but my main point here is he UNDERSTANDS,the difficulties you have when you don't understand questions,situations,expressions,jokes,he listens very carefully and he hears what your saying. All the staff that I've met on my journey in the clinic have been wonderful,understanding,and kind,they don't look at you as if your dumb. Every step of the way I've been able to ring or email if I needed to ask a question with the knowledge that I wasn't a nuisance. My journey with Hazelton is still ongoing but I know that everything I'll find out will be of the upmost benefit to me,finally at the age of 58...... I've been asked,why now at your age? My simple answer is I've always known I had some sort of learning difficulties and it was never like a lot of people thought (I didn't want to,or she couldn't be bothered even trying)when the simple truth was I didn't understand or know how to do what was being asked of me...?.. For anyone who is unsure of going forward Hazelton will cater for your needs and most importantly they will hear your voice.
