Cork Counselling - The Hazelton Clinic

I look forward to coming to The Hazelton Clinic, both for the excellent advice and counselling I get there, and for the welcome from all the staff, who are sound.

I attended mediation & counselling and was told after a few sessions the other side would be invited to a joint session, Then it was changed to extra \ more sessions and I was given very bad advice that could have adversely affected my future. I formally made a complaint to the practice manager and asked for a refund for that particular session by was fobbed off and told no refund possible. Its all about the money I would not recommend the Hazelton Clinic .

As a parent bringing my teenager to the clinic, our experience has been very positive so far. The clinic is very professional but in a friendly and relaxed way. I would recommend this clinic.

The overall experience attending The Hazelton Clinic is life changing for the better, very friendly & reliable Administrative Staff & am very lucky to have my Psychiatrist available to me whenever I need them & there to always support my well being & navigate life challenges. I am very grateful for their support & would highly recommend this Clinic to anyone looking for a reliable safe environment.

The Hazelton Clinic reception staff are always extremely kind and profesional when booking appointments or making any request for support. Clincal staff are patient-centred, knowledgable, kind and proivde holistic support. I would higly recommend for young people in later teens who might find it difficult to engage as this was supported in a very gentle way.

After receiving no benefit and learning nothing from a very expensive child psychiatrist via Zoom we have received no follow up just left at sea which no plan no explanation of next steps - horribly cold experience where all I feel happened is we were charged a lot of money for nothing

I’ve been going to Kim for psychotherapy for 3 years and I have found her amazing . She’s warm and supportive and has provided fantastic guidance in very difficult times in my life. A recent diagnosis of severe adhd combined with peri menaupause symptoms has been incredibly difficult and Kim’s sessions have been hugely beneficial .
