Mrs Elaine Corrigan

Elaine Corrigan is an accomplished Optometrist dedicated to delivering exceptional eye care services. Elaine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role as Clinical Optometrist at the Wellington Eye Clinic.

Elaine's academic journey includes earning a Postgraduate Degree in Clinical Optometry from Cardiff University, where she specialised in areas such as glaucoma, medical retina, cataract, refractive surgery, and research skills for eye care. Prior to her postgraduate studies, she attained a First-class Honours Bachelor's Degree in Optometry from Technological University Dublin, where she actively participated in the Optics Society and Sign Language Society.

In her current position at the Wellington Eye Clinic, Elaine conducts comprehensive eye examinations and contact lens assessments, providing personalised care to patients. Her previous roles at Elliott Opticians, Infocus Opticians, Specsavers, and Teahan Optometrists have honed her skills in various aspects of optometry, from routine eye examinations to specialised contact lens fittings.
