Daryl Fitzsimons is a dedicated and compassionate counsellor and psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from PCI College and Middlesex University. Daryl has been in therapeutic practice since 2022, supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and relational challenges.

Working from a person-centred foundation, Daryl is an integrative therapist who adapts his approach to meet each individual’s unique needs. He places great emphasis on building a safe, trusting relationship, creating a space where clients can explore their inner experiences without fear of judgement. His areas of experience include anxiety, grief, anger, betrayal, depression, low self-esteem, perfectionism, attachment issues, boundary difficulties, and relational challenges.

Before becoming a therapist, Daryl worked as a senior producer in community radio, collaborating closely with individuals from marginalised backgrounds. This experience shaped his empathic, collaborative approach, one that continues to guide his work today.

Daryl is committed to his ongoing personal and professional development, regularly engaging in CPD, workshops, and reflective practice. He is passionate about helping clients gain clarity, strengthen self-worth, and find healthier ways of coping and relating, empowering them to move forward with greater confidence and insight.
