She was amazing! Very helpful and professional, I loved the psychosomatic practices that she would share at the end that you can bring into your everyday life.
Lyndsey asks open questions which sit with you. Gentle approach, but also direct and supportive.
Very pleasant person. Easy to talk to and makes you think. Doesn’t just give you the answers. Highly recommended.
An hugely positive experience with Lyndsey. It’s hard to fully articulate her skills. She’s been able to help guide me to a much better understanding of myself, my emotions, my memories. She created such a safe and nurturing space while also being able to guide me through a process of understanding my depression / my childhood trauma. I had been to a number of mental health professionals before - she’s in a different league. I have no hesitation in recommending her.
Lyndsey's approach is very open, I had the privilege of working with her for over a year, and the experience has been transformative. Her openness, compassion, and patience created a safe space where I felt heard and understood. She consistently demonstrated professionalism , blending active listening with insightful guidance tailored to my needs. What stood out most was her remarkable memory and attention to detail — she effortlessly recalled past discussions, ensuring continuity and depth in every session. The practical exercises and tools she provided were invaluable; I still apply them daily, and they’ve become foundational to my personal growth. Sessions with her flew by, a testament to her ability to balance structure with flexibility. Thanks to her expertise, I’ve made tangible progress , and her strategies continue to empower me in navigating life’s challenges. Without hesitation, I recommend her to anyone seeking a skilled, empathetic guide on their journey toward healing and self-improvement.
I have attended counselling sessions with Lyndsey previously for extended periods of time. Lyndsey has always fostered a non-judgemental and open atmosphere in every session. She has always been incredibly attentive and reassuring even in my most vulnerable moments. I have always left our counselling sessions feeling lighter and more prepared to handle mental health challenges. I have discovered a great wealth of knowledge about myself through Lyndsey’s guidance and as a result I have felt incredibly empowered to tackle issues as they have arisen. Lyndsey has also provided me with very practical and useful advice, advice which I use and apply everyday. Lyndsey has had a long lasting, positive effect on my life and I am incredibly appreciative of her professionalism, openness and advice.
I really enjoyed my sessions with Lyndsey. She's calm, a great listener and has a lovely demeanour - very warm and welcoming. I would happily recommend Lyndsey.
I have been with Lyndsey as my therapist at least for more tan a year, her companionship has been fundamental to overcome the domestical abuse trauma, courtroom experience etc
Lyndsey is a very good listener, and helped me to understand myself better. She won't walk for you, but she will show you the way, and will be there to help you.
I took therapy with Lindsey for a yer and it helped me a lot to overcome the challenges I was facing in my new job, I was also newly married and I didn't know what I wanted in life. I would not hesitate working with her again if I ever need it again. I never felt judged and always comfortable to talk.
