Aidan was very helpful to me. He was very good at listening and making me feel understood. I appreciated being guided in conversations offering useful supports. I felt very comfortable being open and honest as he created such a comfortable safe space. I gained helpful and practical tools to help regulate my emotions.
I found Aidan to be empathetic, kind and a great sounding board in what was my first experience with therapy. He helped me relieve a lot of built up emotional trauma I had harbored for years. I would 100% recommend him.
Very good sessions, Aidan is an excellent listener, who provides really good advice and material to work on and or use as aids for self improvement
I was initially skeptical of going to therapy as I had been to others in the past that I didn’t find helpful but my experience with Aidan has completely changed my opinion as he has been really helpful to me and has taught me so much in just a few months.
Listens a lot, helps you feel comfortable during the sessions. Provides ideas and suggestions to help address problems you may have. Can help find what you're talking about & need help with even if you're telling a lot of things on your mind. Very professional and calming! Highly recommend.
Very professional and inviting, great listener and you can tell he is passionate about helping clients and making progress. Would definitely recommend to others.
I was seeing Aidan for quite a few months. Prior to him, I struggled with finding a good therapist who I connected with. Aidan is an absolutely fantastic therapist, who's very good at getting to the route of problems. I couldn't possibly recommend him more!
I came to Aidan when I was going through a tough time this Summer. Although it was my first time in therapy, Aidan made the transition easy. From the very first session, speaking and opening up to Aidan was not a challenge. Aidan listened to me without judgement and helped me work through my issues. Aidan helped me identify the root cause of my feelings, reassured me of their validity and helped me come up with common sense and practical solutions to address them. Overall, the few months in session with Aidan were extremely positive and I genuinely did grow to look forward to each week’s appointment. I finished up our sessions a much more confident version of myself; equipped with the tools to manage my thoughts and emotions going forward. I would highly recommend Aidan.
Top man and brilliant therapist, no stone left unturned
Aidan is a highly committed therapist with a deep capacity for reflection. Aidan prizes creating a safe space for clients to explore with an open mind and open heart. He is also a broadly read therapist with a broad range of therapeutic knowledge. Aidan is very committed to further developing his work and tailors his approach to meet clients where they're at. Aidan is a credit to the profession and someone I consider a very valuable connection as a colleague. I can easily recommend his services.
