Ms Anna Rogan is a fully qualified psychotherapist currently practicing at Mind and Body Works. She holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School, with her passion for the field beginning years earlier after completing The Science of Behaviour and Mind course at Trinity College. This early exposure awakened her understanding that every individual carries a unique story which is often influenced by unprocessed trauma, grief, and life experiences that can quietly limit their ability to live authentically.
Working in both English and Polish, Anna offers a warm, humanistic, and person-centred therapeutic approach. She draws on integrative and humanistic principles, creating a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their inner world and deepen their self-awareness. Central to her work is fostering a space where clients feel supported in understanding themselves, building curiosity about their thoughts and behaviours, and developing healthier internal dialogue.
Anna has experience supporting clients through a wide range of issues, including bereavement and loss, trauma, panic attacks, anxiety, depression, sexuality and identity concerns, relationship difficulties, and abusive dynamics. She is committed to helping each client access healing, emotional resilience, and a more fulfilling way of being.
