I am an Integrative Therapist who works with both adults and adolescents, offering a compassionate, trauma-informed approach to therapy. I provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their emotions and experiences openly. My aim is to support individuals in better understanding their emotional needs, building emotional flexibility, and developing healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
My practice focuses on helping clients acknowledge and process past experiences while finding new ways to manage difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. i have experience supporting people with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bereavement, self-esteem difficulties, self-harm, trauma, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I also works with clients facing complex concerns such as borderline personality disorder (BPD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and the effects of domestic violence.
I hold a Level 8 Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy graduating in 2022 and a Level 7 Degree in Psychology, Counselling Skills, and Youth Studies in 2021. She draws on both Emotionally Focused and Trauma-Focused therapies, tailoring her approach to meet the individual needs of each client.

Siobhan is smart, sympathetic, kind but had years of experience and knowledge that you will quickly come to see My time with Siobhan has helped me become a happy and positive person, and without her effort and time, I would never reached that point. The client has to put in the work but having someone like Siobhan who supports you and makes you learn so much about yourself, your starting on the right path. I can't recommend her enough. She is fantastic
