I was a very anxious patient. Staff were exceptionally considerate and understanding, especially Annette. The theatre nurses, Una and Emily lessened my anxiety once I went to Theatre. Mr Caldwell made me feel very much at ease too and understood my anxiety. The only issue for me was the wait time. For me waiting, once ready to go into theatre was approx 1 hr. and been very anxious I felt at times I might not go through with the procedure. I was extremely anxious. This is not a criticism, but an observation regarding people who suffer severe with anxiety.
In for a colonscopy. Hadn't to wait very long.went well.
I was very well looked after by Dr Paul Mullaney and team in Sligo.
I received a warm welcome in a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Everything was explained to me. I was completely at ease. There were no delays and everything went well
I can’t praise the staff in Kingsbridge enough. From the desk staff to the nurses & doctors, I was treated with the utmost respect & kindness. I am very grateful that my experience was a pleasant one.
Excellent care appointment on time no waiting around and the staff very efficient and friendly.
