Excellent staff. Friendly , considerate, compassionate
The whole process was easy, from the beginning. I had some questions prior to booking and they were answered within minutes via email. I was having trouble booking an appointment online and they also handled this via email, so easily. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. My appointment was for 3:30.. I arrived at 3:20 and was seen to and back out the door before 3:30. That's a first for any medical appointment I've ever had. The range of blood tests offered are very good - regular GP's have never been any good with investigating reasons for constant Fatigue/Tiredness so this is a big step up in that regard.
Excellent service, really helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Woukd highly recommend.

Been here twice now. Both times no wait time - doctors ready to see me straight away. Both times the staff so incredibly friendly I didn’t feel like I was in a doctor’s office. Very thorough - I went in looking to check up on one thing, and was told they would be checking multiple other areas of my health too just to be sure. Seems they take a multidisciplinary approach as opposed to just ticking a box to get you out of there asap. All staff speak perfect English, but are Spanish-native, which was an amazing surprise (my partner is Salvadoreño). Couldn’t recommend more!
My experience at a recent visit to CareBridge was excellent. We were greeted with welcoming smiles at reception. My consultation with Dr Cruz was excellent. Dr Cruz was thorough and caring throughout the consultation. I highly recommend CareBridge Medical.
