Dr. Paula Argacha

Dr Paula Argacha is a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with over 14 years of experience caring for women across all stages of life. Her clinical practice covers general gynaecology, antenatal and pregnancy care, contraception, menopause management, fertility assessment, endometriosis and breast health.

She has a particular specialist interest in breast pathology and breast ultrasound, including ultrasound-guided breast procedures. Her work combines diagnostic assessment with evidence-based management, supporting women with both preventative and complex gynaecological and breast health concerns.

Dr Argacha completed her specialist training in Spain within major university hospitals and holds a PhD in Medicine and Surgery, in addition to a Master’s degree in Breast Pathology. Throughout her career, she has worked as a consultant in both public and private healthcare settings, gaining broad experience in obstetrics, gynaecology and women’s imaging.

Alongside her clinical practice, Dr Argacha remains actively involved in teaching and academic research. Her approach is centred on providing practical, patient-focused and evidence-based care tailored to each woman’s individual needs and health goals. She places strong emphasis on clear communication, preventative healthcare and supporting informed decision-making throughout every stage of treatment and care.
