Prof. Sreehari R.

Dr. Sreehari R. is a senior clinical psychologist with around 18 years of experience in psychological assessment, psychotherapy, and academic leadership. He holds an M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from Sree Ramachandra Medical College and Research Center, Chennai  and Doctoral Degree from Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi and has been involved in both clinical practice and teaching roles across multiple institutions.

His clinical expertise spans evidence-based psychological approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Behaviour Modification, and Parent Management Training. He also works extensively with couples experiencing relationship distress, communication difficulties, trust issues, and intimacy concerns, and provides support for stress-related conditions including workplace stress, burnout, anxiety, and adjustment difficulties.

He provides comprehensive psychological assessments for children to identify developmental concerns, learning and academic difficulties, behavioural and emotional problems, as well as conditions such as ADHD and autism, helping guide appropriate interventions and school support.

For adults, he offers detailed assessments to evaluate mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression, cognitive difficulties involving concentration, memory, attention, and thinking skills, personality-related problems, and relationship or marital difficulties, supporting accurate understanding and treatment planning.
