Sena Uyanik

Sena Uyanik is a highly qualified physiotherapist who graduated from Yeditepe University in Turkey with a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation in 2013. She also holds a Master's certification in manual therapy and clinical exercise strategies since 2015. Sena is passionate about helping her patients and has worked with a diverse group of people, from elite tennis players to paediatric, neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation cases.

With her extensive knowledge of manual therapy, Sena can help individuals recover from injuries, including sports injuries. She is skilled in post-op rehabilitation, and spinal manipulation and mobilisation techniques. Sena also specialises in myofascial trigger point and proprioceptive therapy, muscle energy techniques, postural therapeutics and strengthening exercises. Additionally, she is a certified clinical Pilates instructor, skilled in advanced MAT Pilates and modified Pilates techniques, which can help individuals achieve overall body fitness, strength, and balance.

Sena is known for her exceptional care and devotion towards her patients, helping them regain their physical strength, mobility, and confidence. She strives to provide personalised care to each of her patients and works towards their goals with the most effective and evidence-based techniques available. Sena also has experience with Sensory Integration Therapy, helping her patients improve their overall body awareness and coordination.
