I had very good rapport with the Doctor but after receiving my results, i had contacted the staff to assist me to get someone to help go through the report with me - that is where the dissatisfaction came. I had left Dubai with no one able to assist.

Using medical terms to explain my conditions. I'm not a doctor so i do not understand. The hospital itself is very unorganized., Doctor ordered a few tests before seeing him and these test was not done. so now i have to go again and waist more time. Thia is not the 1st time this has happened.

When I went hospital after clinic send me there, I found that there is no urologist, so they assign me to this doctor, he barely wants to assist me because his duty finish, I beg him laterally and he keep telling me that, my sickness it’s not belongs to his job, I have no option but beg, he send me to ultrasound, I wait there 1,5 hours then after ultrasound finish they told me to go urgent to your doctor I went, I find out that he left, nurse told me left, so all that 4,5 hours total worse nothing, he will contact me nurse telling me, Okay who will fix me I didn’t get at all, What was the reason to come I don’t know, until now my kidney paining all day was worth nothing,

He knows very well on his field of expertise as Nephrology. He give a very clear and detail explanation of every aspects about the disease, how it will prevent by using a different kind of medicine which not affect on other parts of the body. Thanks for his continue help and support.
