I had an inflamed wisdom tooth that might have required surgery and extraction, but Dr. Ismat told me that since it wasn’t affecting the other teeth and wasn’t causing recurring infections, it’s better not to remove it. He cleaned the tooth and prescribed anti-inflammatory medication, and thankfully I didn’t need surgery. From after visiting several doctors who recommended immediate extraction, he had the opposite opinion and decided to treat the tooth instead. He was very comfortable to deal with, and his hand was very gentle with the anesthesia injection—I honestly didn’t feel it at all. Additionally, he explains everything to the patient and prioritizes giving the most appropriate treatment before resorting to options that are simply more profitable.

I visited Dr. Essmat with a very painful dental abscess, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. He handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, skill, and attention. The treatment was efficient, the pain was relieved quickly, and the results exceeded my expectations. I truly appreciate his expertise and highly recommend him to anyone seeking outstanding dental care.
